Change the scale of the vertical (value) axis in a chart
By default, Excel determines the minimum and maximum scale values of the vertical (value) axis, also known as the y axis, when you create a chart. However, you can customize the scale to better meet your needs.

You can change the spacing between characters of text for selected text or for particular characters. In addition, you can stretch or compress an entire paragraph to make it fit and look the way that you want it to. Selecting Expanded or Condensed alters the spacing between all selected letters by the same amount.
Edit titles or data labels in a chart - Microsoft Support
To edit the contents of a title, click the chart or axis title that you want to change. To edit the contents of a data label, click two times on the data label that you want to change. The first click selects the data labels for the whole data series, and the second click selects the individual data label.

Change margins in your document to change the layout and make sure everything fits. Select Layout > Margins. Select the margin measurements you want. Note: If your document contains multiple sections, the new margins apply only to the selected sections. Select Layout > Margins. Select Custom Margins.
