How is the best way to get below Markland dam (Ohio River) I know there is one ramp not far away on Ind. side but look like it is poor ramp, I know there is one at Geant Ky. 4-5 miles from dam, is the best idea put in above dam and lock thur? any inf. would be appreciated. More @Wikipedia
