I got my positive pregnancy test three weeks after the Mirena came out. This past time I had what seemed to be a normal period starting the day after I had the Mirena out. It has been a few weeks since it was removed so I haven’t gotten to the next period yet.

I’ve been going crazy but I finally got confirmation that the mife/meso is gone from your system after 3 months even if you don’t get a period (the earlier of getting a period and 3 months).

I had my Mirena taken out at the beginning of March, then had bleeding 2 days later that lasted for about 8 days. Now it’s been 33 days since I had any bleeding of any type. I didn’t think I was pregnant but I did take a few tests which were all negative.
