First is Trump hasn’t been tried nor convicted for “insurrection”, second he did not participate in the capital riot and third the 14th amendment doesn’t apply to the president or VP among other reasons.

The only recourse we have against government abuse, overreach and injustices is the media. All other remedies are intra-governmental such as Congress or the judiciary. And we have just had a lesson in the ineffectiveness of the legislature.

Fox News can say what they want without government interference – that is their First Amendment right. But, they are not immune from the consequences of how they exercise that right.
