- Shopify Hardware Rentals fulfilled by FelloIf Fello determines that a bona-fide loss or theft has occurred, then Fello shall refund the Rental Fees paid by Renter within sixty (60) days after the expiration of the Coverage Review Period, less the sum of applicable Deductibles.
