Never had issues with coil whine even back in the PS4 and PS2 era. I'm very meticulate of how I like things setup it's at least more than (10cm) 4 inches away from the wall. All in all it's dead silent just like the PS5 so airflow is important front, back and top.
- The PS5 Pro has shimmering / aliasing issues in some gamesYeah I've definitely noticed aliasing/shimmering is a problem with PSSR. Called it out in one of the early impressions threads. I think this will become a telltale trait of games using PSSR. Rebirth versatility mode looks mostly phenomenal but there's clear aliasing on edges which are pretty common in the denser areas like towns/dungeons.
