Bookmark or Share- Any recent recommended builds for Exterminator? - RedditIt sure does but I mostly prefer running with Third Hand on Exterminator instead of Broad Shoulders. If there's a Fixer with My Round II you'll have 2 shots anyway so Broad Shoulders would be wasted. Third Hand really helps with dealing with hordes/pyramids and it's also good if you're getting overrun or ganged up on.
