- ExpressToll Transponders Can Now be Used in Other StatesExpressToll (E470) announced that effective June 2, transponders will be usable on the TX, OK, and KS toll systems. This means that if you are driving on toll roads in those states, you can go through electronic tolling booths and receive the electronic tolling discount on those roads.
