Bookmark or Share- What is a Switch Bill of Lading and when and why is it used..??My client/exporter is from China and my client/importer is from India. The Chinese exporter is paying for shipping to India CIF, so they of course will be using there own freight forwarding company. When im negotiating the deal with the exporter in China should I tell them I require a switch bill of lading from them?
