Assuming that biomes work the same way on Exandria as they do on earth, there must be some kind of landmass south of Marquet. We know that Eiselcross is the frozen north -- the equivalent of Canada or Siberia -- and that there are the Gloomed Jungles throughout Aeshenador. More @Wikipedia
