- Anybody running Elka 2.0 shocks/coilovers? - Tacoma WorldI just bought Elka extended travel 2.5 IFP shocks with 650 lb springs for the front and 2.0 IFP shocks for the rear from Marie. Will be replacing my 5100/885 front setup and paired with my Icon 3 leaf AAL in the rear. I wanted the adjustability of a front coilover but I didn’t want to spend the money on a full 2.5 setup.
- Everything Elka and How They Compare - Tacoma WorldElka uses a threaded rod end while King uses a welded rod end. The welded rod end is shorter than a threaded and typically used in scenarios where you are trying to get more bump travel. Also the misalignment spacers around the spherical bearing are beefy as all hell on the Elka shocks. Some comparison shots.

- Elka 2.0's or Fox 2.0's - Tacoma WorldAre the Elka 2.0's worth the extra $400 over the Fox 2.0's? My only experience with aftermarket suspensions are the factory fox shocks on a TRD Pro and the OME BP-51's which were both great. It will see dirt road daily (I live on one) but think fire road quality going 50+. Washboard and large pot holes. That's about it. Thanks for any insight ...
