Theoretically you can have two dead wires activate right after another. It’s a random ammo mod every time so it basically stacks with whatever ammo mod you have equipped so you can technically do double elemental damage.

- Does Elemental Pop affect the probability of Ammo Mods activating ...Yes (reduced cool down, and randomize the other ones) No the ammo mod itself is it’s own mod so it activates ever 30 seconds I believe vs elemental pop just gives a high chance to activate a random mod. No. Maybe it squeezes in the same effect while one has a cooldown.
