I live in Atlanta--Hotlanta, and for me EDS is at it's least during the heat. But I'm blessed to not have POTS. I do have very low blood pressure, but for me the pain of EDS gets very much worse whenever it threatens to rain, or gets cold and damp. But heat can tax the heart, so using the precautions mentioned by other people is sensible. More @Wikipedia
