- Early Stages Referral Form | earlystagesEarly Stages Referral Form. Anyone can refer a child for a developmental screening or evaluation. Early Stages needs consent from the parent before beginning an evaluation. It is important to refer if you have any questions about how a child is playing, learning, or developing.
- earlystages | Early StagesEarly Stages is an evaluation center for children aged 2 years 8 months to 5 years 10 months. We identify developmental delays and disabilities in children. We provide evaluations for DC children who are not in school or who are homeschooled.
- Our Process - earlystagesYou must enroll your child in school to receive services. Early Stages can only offer enrollment with DCPS. If you enroll your child in a public charter school, you can transfer the IEP. If you enroll your child in a private or religious school, you can request a services plan instead.
