Bookmark or Share- TPM not recongized Dell E5470 - Windows - Spiceworks CommunitySo, We have Dell E5470 that Windows 10 refuses to recognize the TPM it doesn’t show up in device manager or under TPM management (the only thing is under system devices there is one labeled as a legacy device) It is on and enabled in the Bios (which is current) and I have tried reinstalling windows to see if that was the issue with no luck.

The typical Dell installer didn’t work, so I clicked Extract, saved it to the C drive, then ran the EXE manually. It worked fine after that. Mine is the E5470, but there shouldn’t be any difference. Hopefully, Dell will fix that in the next software revision.
