- Why is my print misaligned when printing from 3rd party software?Our LabelWriter 550 series of printers support Automatic Label Recognition™, which allows DYMO software to receive information about the labels, such as which size label is in your printer and how many labels remain on the roll. The DYMO software will offer to set up the prints settings for you within the DYMO software.
- What should I know about DYMO labels and tapes?DYMO LabelWriter labels and DYMO LetraTag labels are heat sensitive as they are made from thermal paper. The materials used in many laminators often contain chemicals which can adversely affect the print on thermal labels. These chemicals can cause the print to fade or turn the label black.
- How to use DYMO Label Software v.8?DYMO Label Software v8 includes a Quick Print widget which allows you to quickly print a label directly from your desktop without opening DYMO Label software. To use on MacOS Press F12 to display the installed widgets.
- How to set up my LabelWriter printer? - DymoThe LabelWriter 5 series of printers work only with DYMO-branded LW labels. Non-DYMO-branded labels will not be recognized by the printers.
