- Dr. Facilier's Talisman | Disney Villainous: Wicked to the CoreI had Dr. Facilier and at one point I had the Talisman in my hand: by reading its Dr. Facilier's Talisman | Disney Villainous: Wicked to the Core Tonight I've played Villainous for the first time with a friend's translated copy of the game: the game being (badly in this case) translated might be key to my question.

For Dr. Facilier, in his villain guide it says under note: cards are only put into or removed from the fortune pile if a card ability specifically instructs to do so. In his deck I noticed only two fortune cards (rule New Orleans and Friends on the Other Side) specifically say to add them to the fortune pile.

But the point I assume you're coming to here is that it's more important for Facilier to take cards out of the Fortune pile than to put cards into it. He's got limited tools for both; the former because it makes Cards Will Tell too sure of a bet, and the latter because it's a pretty mixed benefit at best.
