Bookmark or Share- Dover Police arrest two minors for murder of 14-year-oldDOVER—Dover Police have arrested a 13-year-old and a 15-year-old for the murder of Juwan Walker on Christmas Eve. Just before 7 p.m. on Dec. 24, police say 14-year-old Mr. Walker appeared at Bayhealth Kent Campus with a gunshot wound in his upper body. He was transferred to Nemours in New Castle County, where he died from his injuries.
