Bookmark or Share- Are the Dotty's Still Operating and Who Is Dotty? - Las Vegas AdvisorYes, Dotty's is alive and very well in Las Vegas, along with Montana, Oregon, and Illinois. At last count, there were well over 200 in the four states. They're not so much "small casinos" as bars with machines; Dotty's locations in Las Vegas have restricted gambling licenses, which means 15 machines or fewer.

Most Dotty’s are 15-machine establishments, and most or all of these machines are on bartops. There was a change to this rule in mid-August that will allow some additional Dotty’s to reopen.
