Bookmark or Share- View previous versions of Office files - Microsoft SupportView previous versions of a file. If your file is stored in OneDrive or SharePoint in Microsoft 365, you can go back to a previous version of file. This is incredibly important if a mistake was made, you have issues with malware or a virus, or you just prefer a previous version.

- Double-space the lines in a document - Microsoft SupportYou can double-space all or part of a Word document. To double-space the whole document, go to Design > Paragraph Spacing, and choose Double. Tip: To double-space only part of the document, select the paragraphs you want to change, go to Home > Line and Paragraph Spacing, and choose 2.0.
