And then launch into the game and press Alt + Pg Down a bunch of times to dim all monitors. The game won't be affected since it would run in fullscreen. After you're done you can use Pg Up to increase the brightness back up. If you run a game in windowed mode you can also set it up to be disabled on a specific monitor. More @Wikipedia
