Bookmark or Share- Dewalt DCS355 vs DCS356 differences? (besides speed switch)It seems DeWALT has dedicated DCS350-DCS359 model numbers to Oscillating Multi Tools. First they started with DCS355 exactly from the middle of this range, after a few years almost at the same time one number below (DCS354 Atomic) and one number above (DCS356 three speed option) was released and now DSC533 12V version is released.
- Toughsystem Mods/Organization - Dewalt - Tools in ActionDeWALT is slow in developing its Toughsystem, Toughcase+ and 12V platforms. Yeah. Tough System 2.0 was a step in the right Direction in many ways but I think at this point Tough System the biggest issue with Tough System still lies with the mechanism for latching boxes together.
- Track Saw T Square - Dewalt - Power Tool Forum - Tools in ActionThe DeWALT rails are not compatible. The nice thing about the DeWALT track saw is it is compatible with Festool guide rails. Possibly Makita and Triton but I am not for sure. Before I got my Festool TSC55 I used my DeWALT on the Festool rails and it worked great. I did not find any decent squaring options for the DeWALT rails.

They had a Ryobi battery blower at the store that has a little less power but it was $50 cheaper.When I plugged in the battery to their charger, it blinked and the green light on the battery in the back showed it was charging.
- Flexvolt Battery Won't Charge - Dewalt - Tools in ActionWarranty it. It's probably just below the voltage threshold for the charger to charge the battery. The low voltage may have damaged cells so although you could charge it and bring it back to life it might now be the same again...and doing that would probably void your warranty, I'm sure there are electronics inside that can see if the batteries were hooked up to something not-Dewalt.
