An update to the Distressed Communities Index (DCI) was just released. I always find this super interesting, as it basically confirms that no state is uniformly thriving or destitute. There's really such a patchwork across the entire US, but there's a clear difference generally between metro areas and non-metro areas. Link is below: More @Wikipedia
