Doubtful, most brake companies part from an existing rotor to build their kits which they can either leave as blanks or drill/slot to make them "sportier". Unless the can't fit an existing rotor and then they go two-piece to be able to use a custom rotor hat with an off the shelf rotor disc already in production. That's their method of cutting ...
