Ergo, if we have Coptic, representing non-Arabic Egypt, in the game it should be Byzantine, just like Assyrian or Armenian. Even though Copts also hated the Romans, IIRC

The Mamluk caliph (Sayf Ad-Din Jaqmaq) apparently got so intimidated after which persecution seized, though he refused to rebuild destroyed, Coptic Churches.
