Helmeted soldier advancing l., shield on l. arm, spearing fallen horseman; shield on ground at r., horseman is beardless & wears cap, he falls forward on neck of horse.

I'm pretty certain that the commemoratives of this group are credited to Constantine I. Constantius II wasn't elevated to Caesar until 324 AD. Between being Caesar, 324-337, and Augustus from 337-361, he was in a high position of power for almost 40 years - all of it was after the issue of these coins which predate his elevation to Caesar.
