Bookmark or Share- Review mode in Word - Microsoft SupportFile location considerations. This feature initially works only on documents stored in OneDrive for Business. For documents stored in a SharePoint library, the file permissions settings for that library will take precedence.

- Change the margins in your Word document - Microsoft SupportChange margins in your document to change the layout and make sure everything fits. Select Layout > Margins. Select the margin measurements you want. Note: If your document contains multiple sections, the new margins apply only to the selected sections. Select Layout > Margins. Select Custom Margins.

Make it easy for everyone to read your documents. In general, avoid tables if possible and present the data another way.
