Create a more meaningful hyperlink. Copy the link you want to work with into a Word document and turn it into a hyperlink. Note: Someone using a screen reader to access this link will hear one character read aloud at a time, which is difficult to understand.
- Insert a table - Microsoft SupportFor a basic table, click Insert > Table and move the cursor over the grid until you highlight the number of columns and rows you want. For a larger table, or to customize a table, select Insert > Table > Insert Table. If you already have text separated by tabs, you can quickly convert it to a table.
- Adjust indents and spacing - Microsoft SupportThere are general, indentation, and spacing options available in the Paragraph dialog box options. At the bottom of the dialog box, you can see a Preview of how the options will look before you apply them. - Video: Split tables - Microsoft SupportSplit tables if you want your data separated into two tables. In the row that you want to be first in the new table, select a cell. Select Table Tools Layout > Split Table. Note: If the new table contains multiple rows, it can also be split. If you'd like to format or style your table, select Table Tools Design and then select the style you want.
