Bookmark or Share- I hate Cocomelon, but is it actually bad for my toddlers?Cocomelon didn't really gain any popularity until after my second was born. We always used chill shows like puffin rock, Sarah and duck, and octonauts. I also highly recommend Badanamu, it has lots of learning songs, and fun songs that I have downloaded just for myself.

It is addictive, and will haunt your time when away from the kids/Cocomelon, but that's true of any other kids shows, with the possible exception of Bluey, which is just awesome.

Completely different kid, very engaged, makes eye contact, responds to her name, says around 40 new words. She was so addicted to that show plus the massive amount of stimulation it provides it was turning her into a completely different kid.
