Bookmark or Share- Cleco TOUCH Program opinions? : r/Louisiana - RedditI got an email about being eligible for the Cleco TOUCH program and am wondering what others have experienced with it. Basically, Cleco will charge approx 5 cents/kw all year except weekdays in May - Sept from 1pm - 7pm, which is charged at approx 18 cents/kw. It sounds like it could potentially save money, but also maybe increase my bill.
