- So what exactly does Pa Kent want Clark to do in Man of Steel?But Man of Steel doesn't have any of that. Despite Clark having two father figures in the movie neither really has much of any depth to say about their own moral outlook. Jor El thinks people should be born naturally I guess but that has zero relevance to the moral code of how Superman conducts himself on Earth.
