Bookmark or Share- Customize or create new styles - Microsoft SupportYou can change the formatting (such as font size, color, and text indentation) in styles applied to titles, headings, paragraphs, lists, and so on. You can also select formatted text in your document to create a new style in the Styles gallery .
- Add, format, or delete captions in Word - Microsoft SupportTo change the formatting of your captions throughout your document simply right-click that style on the gallery and choose Modify. You can set font size, color, type and other options that will apply to your captions.
