But if there is a stiff offshore wind, that brings cold water onshore, you could certainly stand a chance of catching Steelhead, or Salmon. You'd do that by casting spoons, or other lures off the end of the south pier.

I have caught many brutes while not specifically targeting them. I would like to spend some time doing some night fishing for them from my boat but don't quite know where to start.
