The Steady State Economy Act (SSEA) is CASSE’s vision for macroeconomic policy in the USA and other large, well-developed (or overly developed) economies. First envisioned as a Full and Sustainable Employment Act , the SSEA would supercede the Full Employment and Balanced Growth Act of 1978, the antiquated central economic policy of the USA.
