Nope. Fully independent and I trust Kamiya and Koyama to keep it that way after seeing first-hand what third-party capital can do to a game developer. Just like Minami at M-TWO though I wouldn't be surprised if they form a very tight relationship with Capcom considering these are all former Capcom legends and they're all based up in Osaka.
