It is a CAI build, but it appears to be pre 922r days. Side of upper reciever is stamped L1A1 and really tiny "sporter" Cal .308 then beneath that CAI blah blah blah.

You have to bend and weld it and modify the trigger group and some other parts. You should have access to a press and a welder capable of welding sheet metal for the receiver and barrel.
