Street crime's gone up enough (in perception if not in reality) that a lot of UC students bypass Short Vine and go to Newport or Mt Adams in search of good times when they're bored with Clifton.

- Why do some Rite Aid Stores that haven't closed have tons of empty ...Friends and I are watching this scene play out as both thieves loaded their booty into a push cart (guess woman and man knew each other and or otherwise were in cahoots), and then split up. Meanwhile Rent-a-cop stationed at entrance to his UES DR didn't say *BOO*. Nor for that matter did any other staff in store seem bothered.
