Bookmark or Share- BYD HVS DOD - DIY Solar Power ForumI've got a BYD HVS battery system working with a Fronius Gen24 Primo Inverter. The inverter battery management is set to auto which shows a operating range of 5%-100% (i.e. 95% DOD). I was wondering whether I should change to manual and set a DOD of 80% to extend the battery life. The BYD technical data say 100% DOD is fine.
- Combination of Fronius with BYD Battery and Victron MultiplusII3. BYD HVM 11.04kwh 4. I don't have a full back up. When the grid goes off the Fronius PV point is activated and can deliver up to 3kW. Because I am putting too much energy back in the grid I want to combine the above with: 1. 3 X Sharp 580wp 2. Victron Multiplus II 8KVA or 10KVA
