Initially a grassroots initiative, Breaking Free quickly became a beacon of hope in marginalized communities by providing essential services like group support and housing assistance.
- Permanent Supportive Housing - Breaking FreeToday, Breaking Free houses survivors and their children across the greater metro area, supported by three master-leased buildings strategically located throughout Saint Paul and numerous partnerships with landlords across Ramsey, Washington, and Anoka counties.
