Aroma is of wheat, lemony citrus and spices -- ginger and coriander. Taste follows aroma and the finish is dry and crisp. Slightly boozy at 7.5% ABV. Moderate carbonation. I like this brew a lot -- a bolder, more flavorful witbier.
