Boomerang was an asylum when Cartoon Network went through their weird live-action phase, and Nickelodeon solely seemed to only carry reruns of SpongeBob. Hell, I probably watched more Boomerang than Cartoon Network growing up because Boomerang kept better programming, and to see it stoop to being basically "Cartoon Network 2" is sad. More @Wikipedia
