Personally I would not buy in Great Park for that reason alone. Underground water plume goes southwest away from Portola Springs so PS should not be affected by Great Park contamination.
- Great Park Neighborhood Homeowners, how do you like it?-More and more and more homes getting built. Density will explode, means more traffic within the neighborhood. Means that tiny pocket park/pool would be maximized. Some folks complain some of the equipment at the parks are missing already!-Some homes in Beacon Park may be too close to the 133 fwy.
- BEACON PARK - Talk IrvineAgree Pavillion Park is a better buy than Beacon Park because of the differences in density and mello tax is lower at Pavillion Park. But the K8 school is walkable from Beacon Park and if budget is in the 1.5 mil. or greater, you can find a nice big home with larger lot. And much lower density.

Here you go Richmond American, Great job building the worst homes in irvine!!! AC unit pipe leak since the home closing in March! i think should rename Ellwood to Ellwoodmold?
