Bookmark or Share- Boat Storage Shop | IFish Fishing ForumIf money were no object, I would have built my shop as a pole barn with a full finished interior and radiant heating in the slab. I ended up going pretty bare bones for $$ reasons. Resale value will be higher on a stick built shop. One thing to pay attention is lighting.

What ever you build, remember that you may want to relocate in the future. Will you be able to sell a cheap home for what you have in it.

Chinook can be a very picky customer. Also, some scents, that are more natural as opposed to artificial have a shorter shelf life and can cause your eggs to go bad sooner.
