Bookmark or Share- Twist Mechanism issue - The International Association of PenturnersIt's when the pen is pressed fully together that the twist mechanism does not work. The picture is of how far the pen needs to be pulled apart before the mechanism begins to work. If the pen is pressed together as per normal, the barrel just spins and does not engage the transmission. Sorry if I was not clear before.

- Problems with click pen - The International Association of PenturnersMy son turned a click pen from Crafts Supply yesterday. It was kit number 050-4500. The pen doesn't work properly. When I push down on the click mechanism the pen doesn't make a sound but it does engage and will stay out but when I push the click again it won't retract. If I push on the tip it will go back in the pen but obviously this isn't ideal.

Some refills also have a cap. I can't find an answer to what the "original fill" is called other than an ink supply. The tube or tubes that house the refill are called the barrel or barrels.
