If you have the protocol app, take a look at North Channel’s protocols. Been giving whole blood and heparin for 2 years and very progressive including body cams. Same with Southlake EMS.

Directly connected to the city, has an intense/thorough training period, tiered system etc. But when I tried doing research on them here on r/ems, most of the comments were a few years old and although there are some favorable ones, most were negative.

EMS systems as a whole are not in network...they don't sign contracts with particular insurance systems. The rates are below the national market rate for ambulance usage. Frankly, it's also a great deal if it's an emergency.
