Watch The Sweet Hereafter next (another great Atom Egoyan film) As a canadian I always ignored canadian cinema, but since opening myself up to it I realized we make really good films up here. The work of Atom Egoyan, Guy Maddin and Sarah Polley are essential.

There was something very endearing about seeing a legend in a very relatable, human situation haha.
