But, we can conclude that he's still assassinating people left and right to assume control of the Antivan Crows. Considering the Crows are a massive organization with powerful ties, spending ~15 years to take it down isn't too terrible.

Now, this is complicated though as the Crows are also busy seeking to liberate northern Antiva from the Qunari. So the Crows do have some real positive qualities along side all the uhh… not so nice aspects.

I can’t think of any canonical examples of dwarves who are Antivan Crows, but I also can’t think of anything in canon that explicitly states they aren’t allowed to be Crows. So it could happen.
