The devs should at least give AA some piercing/ hard attack capability to simulate how they were sometimes used as anti tank weapons like for example the mighty flak eighty eight. mobile AA like M15 half track should also have soft attack and some piercing and hard attack.
- Are heavy tanks broken or why is piercing of anti tank guns so lowThe problem is that anti tank guns are useless at the moment besides being called anti tank guns. Maybe you also don't hava a problem if anti air guns don't kill planes, but you have to use armor with anti air or maybe you also don't mind if artillery does not kill infrantry anymore, but you rather have to tech to amored artillery.

- Defending against Tank divisions using only Anti-Tank?The main usage of anti tank is to pierce armor. You don't need too many of this, once the armor is pierced you're better off continuing to stack Soft Attack. An ordinary division might be 80% soft attack 20% hard attack, meaning unless the enemy is over 80% hard (not going to happen), the soft attack is doing more than the hard attack.
