- Altera expands retail portfolio with acquisition in HeerenveenReal estate investor Altera Vastgoed N.V. (“Altera”) has further expanded its retail portfolio with the acquisition of a convenience retail investment at Molenplein in Heerenveen. The complex comprises three retail units with a Jumbo and Aldi supermarket, an Action non-food discount store and five residential apartments above the stores.
- Real estate for the long term - Altera VastgoedResidential. Rental homes in the mid-price range are currently in demand. These properties play a key role in the Dutch housing market. Affordable and sustainable homes in the right location are essential to a thriving housing market.
- Sustainability & ESG - Altera VastgoedAltera Vastgoed’s objective is to exclusively own sustainable real estate. The ultimate goal is for both portfolios to be Paris Proof by 2040. To achieve this, we make the energy performance of our properties transparent and improve these performances through a continuous focus on sustainability, energy generation, and greening.
- Sector Funds - Altera VastgoedAltera aims to offer a stable and predictable return on funds for investments in Dutch real estate. The returns are compared to a relevant benchmark; we use the MSCI NL benchmark. We also participate in the INREV Asset Level Index that started in 2017.
