Bookmark or Share- Change how rows and columns of data are plotted in a chartClick anywhere in the chart that contains the data series that you want to plot on different axes. This displays the Chart Tools, adding the Design, Layout, and Format tabs. On the Design tab, in the Data group, click Switch Row/Column. - Insert, move, or delete page breaks in a worksheetTo use the manual page breaks, change the scaling to Adjust to instead. Important: To enable dragging of page breaks to another location in a worksheet, make sure that the cell drag-and-drop feature is enabled. If this feature is not enabled, you may not be able to move any page breaks. Click the File tab > Options.
- Change the scale of the horizontal (category) axis in a chartTo change the axis type to a text or date axis, expand Axis Options, and then under Axis Type, select Text axis or Date axis. Text and data points are evenly spaced on a text axis.
- Change the scale of the vertical (value) axis in a chartBy default, Excel determines the minimum and maximum scale values of the vertical (value) axis, also known as the y axis, when you create a chart. However, you can customize the scale to better meet your needs.
- Design the layout and format of a PivotTable - Microsoft SupportTo change the layout of a PivotTable, you can change the PivotTable form and the way that fields, columns, rows, subtotals, empty cells and lines are displayed.
